Recorded on my Kodak Zi8 HD camcorder. Although two of the most common criticisms of this camera are the low-light noise and the lackluster internal mic, they both seem to actually be quite decent in this video. [video] Artists:
- Spin El Poeta, Toronto / Guatamala
- Rael da Rima from Brasil. His stuff with Pentagono is really, really, very good.
- Obsesion from Cuba. I was blown away that they were here; it was a big surprise to see them on stage.
- And of course Lou Piensa and the whole crew from Montreal's amazing Nomadic Massive.
As usual, the music and there energy in the room were out of this world. It blows my mind that I get to see all these amazing artists from so many different parts of the world perform on stage together. The editing and compression are a bit wonky, because I'm still learning how to use Kdenlive.
